Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Neural Signal Corporation Limited (“NeuralSignal”, “we”) for the NeuralSignal apps and website, including the NeuralRadar AI assistant. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Who can use NeuralSignal
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to our processing of your data where you live (16 in some countries), to hold an account. You must give a real name or the name you are known by, and you are responsible for everything done with your account, so keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor authentication in Settings.
One person, one account for ordinary use. Accounts run for organisations, brands or bots must say so in their profile.
2. Your content
What you post is yours. You keep every right you have in your posts, reels, stories, messages and profile. So that we can run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize, transcode and display that content to the people you choose to share it with, and to make backups. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people made (a repost, a quote, a forwarded message) and backups, which expire on their own schedule.
You must have the right to post what you post. Do not upload other people's work, private information or images without permission.
We do not use your posts or messages to train AI models. NeuralRadar reads a conversation only to answer it (see section 5).
3. What is not allowed
We remove content and, for repeated or serious breaches, suspend accounts that:
- harass, threaten, bully or incite hatred against anyone, including on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or nationality;
- share intimate images without consent, or any sexual content involving minors — which we report to the authorities;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who is speaking;
- spam, run scams, sell followers or engagement, or operate undisclosed automation;
- publish private information (addresses, documents, phone numbers) about someone without their consent;
- encourage self-harm, dangerous activities, or violence;
- infringe copyright or trademarks;
- interfere with the service — probing, scraping at scale, evading limits, or attacking other users' accounts.
Anyone can report a post, message, comment or account from the overflow menu. Reports are reviewed by people. If we act against you, you will be told why and can appeal from Settings › Moderation, or from the appeal page if your account is suspended.
4. Messages and calls
Direct messages and group chats are stored on our servers so that they reach your other devices; they are visible only to the people in the conversation and to our staff when a message is reported or a legal order requires it. Voice and video calls are carried directly between participants (or through a relay that only forwards encrypted packets) and are never recorded by us. Call history — who called whom, when, and whether it was answered — is kept so the app can show it to you.
5. NeuralRadar AI
NeuralRadar answers using large language models run by third-party providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI, chosen per request from the model picker or by our default routing). Your message, the conversation it belongs to, and any system instructions are sent to that provider to produce the answer, under contracts that prohibit them from training on it.
AI output can be wrong, out of date or biased. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on or publish. Do not use NeuralRadar to generate content that would break section 3, and do not try to make it reveal its instructions or another person's data.
Every plan has an AI allowance (messages per session, actions per week, messages per month). When it is spent, the service says so and the allowance resets on the stated date; a higher plan has more. Usage is shown in Settings › Usage.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay, including any promo code you apply. A free trial, where offered, is once per account, needs no card, and ends on the date shown.
You can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan & billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Where the law gives you a right to a refund (for example a cooling-off period), we honour it; otherwise payments are non-refundable. Invoices are available in the same place.
Plans bought in the iPhone or iPad appare monthly subscriptions sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. The price is the one shown in the app for your country before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically each month at that price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel these subscriptions in your device's Settings, under your Apple Account, in Subscriptions — we cannot cancel them for you, and deleting the app does not cancel them. Refunds for these purchases are decided by Apple and requested from Apple. A subscription is tied to the NeuralSignal account it was bought on and cannot be moved to another account.
7. Ending your account
You can deactivate (hide) or permanently delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, posts, messages and followers within 30 days, except where we must keep a record to comply with the law or to handle a dispute. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will say why and offer an appeal unless doing so would be unlawful or would endanger someone.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for content other people post. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting the protections you have as a consumer where you live. We may change these terms; for material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice in the app, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
